  • Tools: LeadsFunda offers a 7-day refund guarantee for our premium tools. You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase if the provided tool does not function as described or is not operational due to technical issues from our side.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through LeadsFunda come with a 24-hour refund guarantee. If a subscription does not activate properly or fails to function within 24 hours of purchase, you can request a refund.

Conditions and Restrictions

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the issue originates from LeadsFunda and not from user error, third-party platform issues, or changes made independently by you after the purchase.
  • Refunds are not granted due to change of mind, misunderstanding of product capabilities, or user negligence. Please thoroughly review the product descriptions and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
  • To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the applicable refund period (7 days for tools and 24 hours for subscriptions). Provide detailed evidence (screenshots, error messages, and relevant information) that clearly demonstrates the issue.
  • Refund requests submitted outside the designated refund period will not be honored.

Processing Your Refund

  • Once your refund request is received, we will evaluate your claim within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
