If a refund is approved:

  • Your software license will be deactivated immediately.
  • Any further use of the software, tools, or generated data is strictly prohibited.

  • Date and time of purchase
  • A clear explanation of your issue

We will respond and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.

  • Disputes opened directly with the payment gateway without contacting us first.
